Mapped both value chains in blueprint. Same orebody, same fleet - beneficiation toggled on. Dashboards show NPV, waste balance and Fe % through crusher side-by-side.

OUTCOME

12% NPV Improvement

Beneficiation lifted Fe % product from 60% to 65% with a 12% NPV improvement. Crucially: water draw rose 22% - flagged as a separate constraint to study.
